1. Payment Methods
1.1. Payments are processed securely through the Bank of Georgia (BOG) payment gateway.
1.2. Accepted payment methods:
- Georgian bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
1.3. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication and processed over encrypted connections.
1.4. AI ArchiTech does not store full card numbers. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by Bank of Georgia in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
2. Pricing and Currency
2.1. All prices are stated in Georgian Lari (GEL).
2.2. Current subscription plans:

2.3. A mandatory one-time setup fee of 400 GEL is charged for initial AI Assistant configuration.
2.4. Prices include all applicable taxes.
2.5. The Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect active commitment periods.
3. Billing Cycle
3.1. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle. The billing date is the same calendar day each month as the date of the first successful payment.
3.2. Payment is due on the billing date. A grace period of 3 days is provided for failed payments.
3.3. If payment is not received within the grace period, the AI Assistant will be temporarily deactivated. Service will resume immediately upon successful payment.
4. Trial Period
4.1. New clients may receive a free trial of up to 7 days with limited message allowance.
4.2. No payment details are required during the trial.
4.3. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid subscriptions will be deactivated at the end of the trial period.
5. Included Resources
5.1. Each AI Assistant subscription includes:
- Approximately 700 dialogs per month
- Multi-language support (Georgian, Russian, English, Hebrew, Arabic)
- All supported communication channels (website widget, Telegram, and others as available)
- Client dashboard with analytics and lead management
- Email notifications for new leads
5.2. Usage notifications are sent when dialog consumption reaches 80% of the monthly allowance.
5.3. When the monthly dialog limit is reached, the AI Assistant will display a message indicating the limit has been reached. The limit resets on the next billing date.
6. Additional Services
6.1. Additional AI Assistants: 50% of the base subscription rate per additional agent.
6.2. Custom integrations, extended dialog limits, and priority support are available under Pro and Enterprise plans.
7. Invoices and Receipts
7.1. An invoice (PDF) is automatically generated after each successful payment.
7.2. Invoices are sent to the Client's registered email address and are available for download in the client dashboard at app.architech.ge/client/billing.
7.3. Invoice numbering follows sequential format: INV-YYYY-NNNNNN.
7.4. Invoices contain: Provider details (name, TIN, address), Client details, service description, amount, payment method, transaction ID, and subscription period.
8. Failed Payments
8.1. If a scheduled payment fails, the Client will be notified via email immediately.
8.2. A reminder email is sent 1 day before deactivation.
8.3. After 3 days without successful payment, the AI Assistant is temporarily deactivated.
8.4. The Client can retry payment at any time through the billing page. Service resumes immediately upon successful payment.
8.5. No penalties or late fees are charged for failed payments.
9. Subscription Cancellation
9.1. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting [email protected] or through the client dashboard.
9.2. Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
9.3. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
9.4. For annual commitment plans, early termination requires a compensation payment of 100 GEL per elapsed month at the discounted rate.
