Effective Date: April 19, 2026 | Version: 1.0
1. Nature of the Service
1.1. AI ArchiTech provides AI-powered virtual assistants that use artificial intelligence to generate responses to user inquiries. These assistants are not human operators.
1.2. AI Assistants are designed to help businesses handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and capture leads. They operate 24/7 without human intervention.
2. AI Response Accuracy
2.1. AI-generated responses are produced by large language models (LLMs) developed by third parties (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT). While these models are highly capable, they may produce responses that are:
- Inaccurate or factually incorrect
- Incomplete or missing important context
- Outdated (not reflecting the most recent information)
- Inappropriate for specific professional contexts
2.2. AI ArchiTech continuously works to improve response quality through prompt engineering, knowledge base configuration, and model selection. However, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
3. Not Professional Advice
3.1. AI Assistant responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Legal advice
- Medical or health advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Tax advice
- Engineering or safety advice
3.2. End Users should always verify important information with qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI-generated responses.
4. Client Responsibility
4.1. The Client (business deploying the AI Assistant) is responsible for:
- Ensuring the knowledge base content provided to the AI Assistant is accurate and up to date
- Informing End Users that they are communicating with an AI system
- Monitoring AI Assistant performance and correcting recurring errors
- Ensuring the AI Assistant is not used for purposes that violate applicable laws
4.2. The Client acknowledges that AI response quality depends significantly on the quality and completeness of the knowledge base content they provide.
5. Data Processing
5.1. To generate responses, conversation messages are transmitted to third-party LLM providers:
- Google (Gemini) — for Georgian and Arabic language conversations
- Anthropic (Claude) — for Russian and English language conversations
- OpenAI (GPT-4o) — for Hebrew language conversations
5.2. These transmissions are made through secure, encrypted API connections.
5.3. Per the published API policies of these providers, data submitted through their APIs is not used to train or improve their models.
5.4. For full details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. AI ArchiTech shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from:
- Decisions made by the Client or End Users based on AI-generated responses
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated content
- AI Assistant downtime or unavailability caused by third-party LLM provider outages
- Misuse of the AI Assistant by the Client or their End Users
6.2. The Client agrees to indemnify AI ArchiTech against any claims from End Users arising from the use of their deployed AI Assistant.
7. Continuous Improvement
7.1. We are committed to improving AI Assistant quality. Clients can report issues or inaccurate responses through [email protected].
7.2. Reported issues are reviewed and addressed through knowledge base adjustments, prompt improvements, or model configuration changes.
8. Acceptance
8.1. By activating an AI Assistant subscription, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this AI Disclaimer and accept its terms.
8.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their End Users are aware they are interacting with an AI system.
