To request deletion of your personal data from AI ArchiTech platform:
- Send an email to [email protected] with subject: "Delete my data"
- Include your registered email address and company name
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days
What gets deleted
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- AI Assistant configurations and prompts
- Conversation history and leads
- Knowledge base files
- Payment records are retained for 7 years per Georgian tax law
After deletion, your AI Assistant will stop working immediately.
Disconnect Instagram / Facebook without deleting the account
To disconnect Instagram/Facebook integration without deleting your account, go to Settings → Integrations → Instagram → Disconnect. This revokes the access token and stops inbound webhooks but keeps your account and assistant active.
